Refunds.

Lifetime ($34.99 once)

If Mobster for Mac isn’t right for you, ask for your money back within 14 days of buying. You don’t need to give a reason.

• Write to support@radish.software from the email you paid with, and include the receipt number from your Stripe receipt.
• We refund the full price to the card or account you paid with, through Stripe. Your bank usually shows it within 5 to 10 business days.
• The license key stops working on every Mac it was activated on.

Monthly ($7.67 a month)

Cancel anytime at mobster.dev/manage, or in Mobster for Mac in Settings › License › Manage subscription. Both open Stripe’s billing page. You aren’t charged again, and the license keeps working to the end of the period you paid for.

EU and UK consumers

If you’re a consumer in the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you normally have 14 days from buying to withdraw from a contract without giving a reason. Your license is digital content that we deliver to you immediately, so at checkout we ask you to expressly consent to immediate delivery and to acknowledge that once delivery has begun with your consent, you lose your statutory right of withdrawal. Your 14-day money-back guarantee on the lifetime license stays, regardless. A monthly plan cancels anytime. Your other legal rights aren’t affected. To withdraw, write to support@radish.software with a clear statement that you want to.

Taxes

Prices exclude taxes where they apply. Where the law requires us to collect sales tax, VAT or a similar tax, it’s added at checkout and shown before you pay, and a refund includes the tax you paid.

Mobster CLI

Mobster CLI is free and open source, so there’s nothing to refund.
