Terms.
Last updated 8 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Radish Retail, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“we”, “us”), 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, USA. They cover Mobster for Mac (the “app”), its license and license service, and mobster.dev. By buying, installing or using the app, you accept them. If you don’t accept them, don’t use it.
Contact: support@radish.software.
1. What Mobster is
Mobster for Mac runs an AI agent that operates your own iPhone, connected to your Mac by a USB cable, or an iOS simulator on your Mac, to carry out tasks you describe. It reads the phone’s screen through Apple’s developer tools and WebDriverAgent, decides each step with an AI model from the provider whose key you add (Anthropic or OpenAI), and taps, types and swipes on the phone.
Mobster CLI, the open-source harness inside the app, is free and licensed separately under the MIT license. Nothing here limits your rights under that license or under the licenses of the other open-source parts of the app.
2. Your license
- When you buy the app, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use it on up to 3 Macs you own or control. You can move it by deactivating a Mac in Settings › License.
- Lifetime is a one-time payment, at the price shown at checkout, for a license with no renewal. Monthly is a subscription, at the monthly price shown at checkout, that renews every month until you cancel. The license works while the subscription is active, and to the end of the period you paid for after you cancel.
- There is no free trial of the app. The CLI is free.
- Your license key is for you. Don’t share, resell or publish it. You may not resell, sublicense or rent the app, or reverse engineer it except where the law allows.
- We may deactivate a key that was refunded, charged back, or shared in breach of these terms.
3. Payment, taxes and renewals
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars and shown before you pay. Your card statement reads MOBSTER.DEV.
- Taxes. Prices exclude taxes, duties and similar charges where they apply. Where the law requires us to collect sales tax, VAT, GST or a similar tax, we add it at checkout, and the total is shown before you pay. You are responsible for any other taxes on your purchase, and for any tax you owe on your own use of the app.
- Monthly renewals. The subscription renews each month at the price shown at checkout, charged to the payment method you used, until you cancel. Cancel any time in Settings › License › Manage subscription, which opens Stripe’s billing portal. Cancelling stops future charges; the license keeps working to the end of the period you paid for. We don’t refund a month that has begun, except where the law requires it.
- We may change prices for new purchases at any time. For an existing subscription, we’ll tell you at least 30 days before a price change takes effect, and you can cancel before it does.
- A failed renewal payment is retried by Stripe. If it can’t be collected, the subscription is cancelled, and the license keeps working for 7 days after the failed renewal.
4. Refunds and your right to withdraw
- Lifetime: 14-day money-back guarantee. Ask for your money back within 14 days of buying, with no reason needed, by writing to support@radish.software from the email you paid with. We refund the full price to the card you paid with, through Stripe, and the license key then stops working. This applies to everyone, wherever you live.
- Monthly can be cancelled at any time and ends at the end of the period you paid for. See section 3.
- EU and UK consumers: right of withdrawal. If you are a consumer in the European Union, the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, you normally have 14 days from buying to withdraw from a contract without giving a reason. The license is digital content delivered to you immediately, so at checkout we ask you to expressly consent to immediate delivery and to acknowledge that, once delivery has begun with your consent, you lose your statutory right of withdrawal. If you give that consent, your statutory right ends once your license key has been delivered. This doesn’t affect the 14-day money-back guarantee on the lifetime license above, which you keep regardless, or your cancellation rights under section 3. Your other legal rights, including if the app is faulty, are not affected.
- To withdraw or claim a refund, write to support@radish.software. A clear statement that you want to withdraw is enough.
See also the refund policy.
5. You’re in control, and responsible
- The agent can make mistakes. It can misread a screen, tap the wrong control, type the wrong text, or report a result it couldn’t confirm. Watch tasks that matter, and check results before you rely on them.
- Approvals are a safeguard, not a guarantee. Mobster asks before it sends, buys, posts or deletes. It pauses before actions it recognizes as sending, buying, posting, deleting or submitting, and it can miss one. A repeated action in one task is approved once, with a limit, not one by one. You are responsible for what you approve, and for what the app does on your phone at your request, including messages sent, purchases made, posts published and data deleted.
- AI output. Output from AI models can be wrong, incomplete, out of date or inappropriate. Mobster doesn’t verify it, and it isn’t professional, legal, medical or financial advice. Don’t rely on it where an error could cause serious harm.
- Device and account risks. Automating a phone carries risk: a task can change settings, lose data, trigger charges, or get an account of yours limited, suspended or banned by the service whose app is being operated. Back up what matters, test with low-stakes tasks first, and use the app only at your own risk.
- Only connect a phone you own or are allowed to operate, and only run tasks on accounts that are yours or that you are allowed to use.
6. Other people’s apps and services
- The apps you automate have their own terms, and some don’t allow automated use or bots. You are responsible for following the terms of every app and service the agent operates for you. We give you no right to use them.
- Mobster’s agent runs on your own Anthropic or OpenAI key. Their terms, privacy policies and charges apply, and you pay them directly. Spend figures in the app are estimates from published rates, not invoices.
- Building and running the helper on your iPhone uses your Xcode, your Apple ID and Apple’s terms. With a free Apple ID, Apple’s signature lasts 7 days.
- Mobster isn’t affiliated with or endorsed by Apple, Anthropic, OpenAI, or the makers of the apps it operates. Their names are trademarks of their owners.
7. Acceptable use
Use Mobster only on your own accounts and devices, or ones you are authorized to operate. Don’t use it to:
- break the law, or infringe anyone’s rights;
- automate in a way that violates the terms of a third-party app or service;
- send spam, run bulk or fake account automation (creating, farming or operating accounts at scale), or harass, deceive or impersonate anyone;
- automate dating apps (swiping, matching or messaging);
- operate another person’s device or accounts without their permission;
- evade the limits or security controls of an app or service, such as rate limits, anti-automation measures or identity checks;
- collect other people’s personal data without a lawful basis, or judge people by race, religion, health, disability or sexual orientation;
- attack, probe or overload our license service, or share, resell or crack license keys.
We may deactivate a license that breaks this section.
8. Privacy
How Mobster handles data is in the privacy policy. In short: we never receive your tasks, screens, AI keys or results.
9. Updates and changes
The app checks for signed updates and verifies each against our signing key before it installs. We may change, update or stop offering Mobster, or the license service, at any time. If we stop offering the license service, we’ll give reasonable notice and a way to keep using the version you have where we can.
We may change these terms. We post the new version here with its date. Changes apply from then to new purchases, and to existing users 30 days after we post them, if a change is material. If you don’t accept a change, stop using the app and, if you have a monthly plan, cancel it.
10. Warranty disclaimer
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION, AND THAT IT WILL COMPLETE TASKS CORRECTLY, TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS. Mobster has been tested on an iPhone 15 Pro running iOS 26 and on iOS 26 simulators; other models and versions are untested. If you are a consumer, you may have legal rights that can’t be excluded, and nothing here limits them.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, MONEY, ACCOUNTS OR CONTENT, ARISING FROM THE APP, ACTIONS IT TAKES ON YOUR DEVICE, OR THIRD-PARTY SERVICES, EVEN IF WE WERE TOLD THEY WERE POSSIBLE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE APP IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR IT IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR US$50 IF YOU PAID NOTHING. Some places don’t allow these exclusions or limits, and nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or, for consumers in the EU and UK, mandatory consumer rights. In those places our liability is limited as far as the law allows.
12. Ending
You can stop at any time by deleting the app and its data folder, and by cancelling a monthly plan. We may suspend or end your license if you break these terms, with notice where we reasonably can. If we end a license for any reason other than your breach, we’ll refund the unused part of what you paid for it. Sections 3 to 7 and 10 to 13 still apply after the terms end.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms, and any dispute about them or the app, are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Please write to support@radish.software first; most problems can be settled informally. If that fails, the state and federal courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction, and you and we consent to them, except that either of us may seek urgent relief to protect intellectual property in any court. If you are a consumer, this doesn’t take away the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live, or your right to bring a claim in the courts there where the law gives it to you.
14. General
These terms, with the privacy policy and refund policy, are the whole agreement between us about the app. If part of them is unenforceable, the rest stays in force. You may not assign them without our consent; we may assign them to a successor to our business. Not enforcing a term isn’t a waiver of it. Notices to you may go to the email you bought with; notices to us go to Radish Retail, LLC, 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, USA, or support@radish.software.
