Founding Go-to-Market

You find the first teams that pay for Mobster, and build how we sell to the next hundred.

About Mobster

Agents learned to use the browser first, and the same shift is coming to the phone, where your apps, messages and accounts live. We build Mobster so agents can do anything on your real iPhone, and ask you before anything goes out.

Andy Guo founded Mobster, and Radish Retail, LLC builds, sells and supports it. Mobster for Mac is the app people pay for, and its engine is open source under MIT.

What you’ll do

  • Talk with mobile teams, agencies and social media teams every week.
  • Run each sale from the first call to a signed order form.
  • Start our outbound, partnerships and community programs.
  • Turn what buyers tell you into pricing, packaging and the words on the site.
  • Set up the pipeline and the numbers we report each week.

What we look for

  • You have sold developer tools or software to engineering teams.
  • You were an early go-to-market hire at a startup.
  • You can follow a technical conversation about CI, simulators and devices.
  • You write well: emails, one-pagers and posts.

Nice to have

  • You know creators, agencies or social media teams, Mobster’s other buyers.
  • Self-serve and product-led growth.
  • Security reviews and procurement.

Location

Work from anywhere in the United States. We ask for four hours a weekday that overlap with Pacific time.

Pay

$120,000 to $170,000 base salary a year, and meaningful early equity. The range holds anywhere in the US. Where an offer sits in it depends on your experience.
